Interoperability, Standards and Digital Public Infrastructure was selected because it addresses an important digital health responsibility with direct implications for patient safety, continuity and quality of care. The module progresses from foundational concepts through assessment, digital health action, communication, evaluation and an integrated practice-improvement exercise.

Module aim
Unresolved conflict and low psychological safety damage teamwork and care. Leaders need structured communication, negotiation, mediation and team-development skills.
What you will be able to do
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to explain diabetes types, diagnosis and person-centred goals.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to perform and teach safe glucose monitoring.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to support nutrition, activity, medication and insulin self-management.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to recognise and respond to hypo- and hyperglycaemic emergencies.
