Unresolved conflict and low psychological safety damage teamwork and care. Leaders need structured communication, negotiation, mediation and team-development skills.
What you will be able to do
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to explain diabetes types, diagnosis and person-centred goals.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to perform and teach safe glucose monitoring.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to support nutrition, activity, medication and insulin self-management.
