Module aim
Health professionals and managers require practical competence in financing, budgeting, costing, economic evaluation, workforce productivity, entrepreneurship and responsible resource stewardship.
What you will be able to do
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to recognise early clinical and physiological indicators of deterioration.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to perform and document a systematic ABCDE assessment.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to initiate safe immediate health economics and business actions and summon appropriate assistance.
