What you will be able to do
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to assess skin, wound and pressure-injury risk systematically.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to implement individualised pressure-injury prevention.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to describe and document wounds consistently.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to select safe basic wound-care actions within scope and protocol.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to recognise infection, ischaemia and other conditions requiring escalation.
