Module aim
Clinical Chemistry, Urinalysis and Point-of-Care Testing prepares health workers in Uganda to apply analytical principles and account for measurement uncertainty, and builds from there to govern point-of-care testing and maintain chemistry quality control.
What you will be able to do
- Explain core concepts, professional responsibilities and limits.
- Use structured assessment and reliable practical tools.
- Apply evidence-informed decisions with safety, ethics and escalation safeguards.
- Adapt safely to realistic Ugandan resource constraints.
- Communicate, document, reflect and improve performance.
