Module aim
Supervision can become inspection rather than development. Managers require practical competence in governance, standards, observation, feedback, coaching, risk escalation and follow-through.
What you will be able to do
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to apply standard and transmission-based precautions according to risk.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to perform hand hygiene and use PPE correctly.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to maintain asepsis during common public health procedures.
