Module aim
Staffing shortages, unclear roles, weak induction, inconsistent performance management and preventable burnout require systematic human-resource management adapted to health services.
What you will be able to do
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to apply rights and verification checks throughout medication administration.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to calculate, prepare, administer and document medicines safely.
- By the end of the module, the learner will be able to recognise and manage high-risk medication situations within scope.
